About
I have over 20 years of experience in the field of translation and proofreading, including as an in-house translator and terminologist for the software companies Kaspersky Lab and ABBYY, and the oil firm TNK-BP in Moscow.
In addition to technical and scientific texts, I have translated and edited numerous newspaper articles and company documents relating to politics, finance and economics, plus contracts, court hearings and other documentation in the area of commercial and litigation law.
I am the translator of six books: All the Kremlin's Men, The Empire Must Die and War and Punishment by Mikhail Zygar; The Art of Yoga by Viktor Boyko; Alpha: My Destiny by Gennady Zaitsov; and Oil & Gas Business in English.

My undergraduate degree was in Computer Science with German at Imperial College London
(BEng, upper second class), followed by a postgraduate MA in Russian and Post-Soviet Politics from the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies.
